Ford Shanahan

Ford Shanahan is an American attorney at law, admitted to Bar of the US State of Colorado, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Mr. Shanahan specializes  in corporate and employment law, having advised on a variety of legal and business issues including transactional law, regulatory compliance, employment law as well as overall management and strategy.  Mr. Shanahan is member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has a track record of being reliable as in-house counsel to several corporations including Xjet LLC and Franklin College, understanding policy issues often including cross-border jurisdictional issues in common and civil law. Mr. Shanahan also represents individual clients and Staff Associations in litigation of employment law issues within the International Civil Service including the UN, WIPO, WTO, WHO, UNOG, UNHCR and ITU. At Franklin College he has taught courses on the European regulatory framework, compliance and transactional law.
